About the application This guide is intended to assist prospective students in preparing an application for graduate programmes offered by the Benson Idahosa University. The web-based version of this Application Guide is definitive and contains the most current and comprehensive details regarding the admissions process and requirements; however, please note that this document may be subject to change. Applicants should consider the version currently available online as the definitive source of information at any given time.Applicants interested in graduate studies commencing after the 2010/11 academic year should contact the School of Post Graduate Studies from November 2010 onwards to obtain revised materials appropriate to the next admissions cycle.
This is a guide to entry in 2010/11 and should not be used for applications for admission in subsequent years.
How to Apply
The University accepts both online and paper applications (hard copies) for all the programmes. Preference is not given to any form of application for admission used. Online applications

First, you will need to be authenticated to access the online registration form. You would need to enter the serial number given to you at our designated centers or on your form (which would serve as both the username and password) after the payment of #10,000 or #15,000(for MBA programme applicants).
You will then be taken to the on-line application page.Clicking the submit button ends your on-line application process and you would also ensure that you download the referees forms and fill as well. Submission does not guarantee admission. | | |

Application deadlines would be strictly enforced. Your application and all supporting materials, including references, must be received by the deadline. The postmark on your application package is not taken into account; therefore it is strongly recommended that you apply in good time. |
